## Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be requested through the agent dashboard
- Refund eligibility depends on the supplier's policy for each product
- Digital products (eSIMs) may have different refund rules than physical services

## Processing Time

- Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
- Commission clawbacks may apply for refunded bookings
