Our platform operates on a subscription model or commission-based pricing. Subscription plans include: - Free Trial: Limited features for evaluation purposes - Starter Plan: Basic booking management and commission tracking - Professional Plan: Advanced features including automated workflows and priority support - Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions for agencies with high booking volumes

Commissions earned from ancillary sales will be credited to your account according to our commission schedule. Payment of earned commissions is subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing schedules as communicated to you. All payments must be made through the methods available on the platform. You agree to pay all applicable charges in connection with your use of the services.

All content, trademarks, logos, and data presented in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, are the property of flyo.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the app without our prior written permission.

The app may integrate or include third-party services, including airlines, travel providers, or payment gateways. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from their use. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

For travel agents with active subscriptions: - Subscription fees are non-refundable - Upon termination, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period - Any pending commission payments will be processed according to our standard schedule - We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we will delete your personal data in accordance with our data retention policies and legal obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Rajasthan, India]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jaipur, Rajasthan].
