1. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to ancillary services sold through Flyo.ai, including:

• Lounge access
• eSIM services
• Automated web check-in
• Other post-booking services

Note: Flight tickets and bookings made through partner platforms follow their respective refund policies.

2. Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to service-specific refund policies. Each ancillary service (lounge access, eSIMs, insurance, etc.) has its own refund terms based on the provider's policy.

Subscription: The subscription is free for the first 30 days, meaning no payment is deducted. After the trial period, your card is charged every month. You can cancel your subscription anytime inside the agent portal.

Wrongful Charges: If any payment is deducted twice or wrongfully, please write to [email protected] along with payment proof. We will immediately refund it.

3. Service Cancellation by Flyo.ai

We may cancel a service due to technical issues, airline API unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases: You will receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.

4. Refund Process

Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 3 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 7-10 business days.

Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment source via our payment gateway.
