Use: Travel agent information is used to provide access to our B2B platform, process commission payments, communicate service updates, and provide customer support. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement.
2.2 Travel Information
Collection: We collect details about travel itineraries to provide our Services, including automated web check-ins using WhatsApp. This may include information such as flight numbers, booking references, travel dates, destinations, and passenger details. For travel agents, we collect booking information uploaded via PDF, Gmail, or Outlook integration.
Use: This information is used to offer personalized travel-related alerts, notifications, facilitate automated check-ins, and enable travel agents to share trip portals with their clients. We also use this data to offer ancillary services such as lounge access, eSIMs, travel insurance, and other travel-related products.
2.3 Email Data
Collection: We access your Gmail account via secure Gmail APIs to read emails labeled as "travel-related." This includes emails such as flight confirmations, booking receipts, itinerary updates, and other travel-related communications. We do not access or store non-travel-related emails.
Use:
- Travel-Related Alerts and Notifications: To send you real-time updates and alerts regarding your flights, such as delays, gate changes, and boarding times.
- Personalized AI Models: To train personalized AI models that predict flight delays, provide right seat allocations, guide about fare rules, and enhance the overall user experience.

Collection: We collect data generated by your use of our Services, such as login times, feature usage, device information, and interactions within the App.

Travel Agents and Travelers: When a travel agent uploads booking information, we share trip details with the traveler via WhatsApp. Travelers' purchase information (e.g., lounge passes, eSIMs) is shared with the travel agent for commission tracking purposes. We do not share personal traveler information with anyone other than their booking agent.
